Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

By creating an account or using Golfstream ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Golfstream.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and associated data.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You retain ownership of your content and grant Golfstream a license to host and display it in the app.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other people. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account.

5. Moderation, Flagging, and Blocking

Golfstream provides tools to flag (report) content and to block users — both are available from the "•••" menu on any post. We review reports and will act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing it and ejecting the user who posted it. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed and notifies us for review.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
